Jonathan has more than 25 years’ experience in the mining industry and has worked in various geological and corporate capacities. Jonathan has experience with nickel, gold and base metals and has also been involved with numerous private and public capital raisings. Jonathan was a founding director of Hibernia Gold (now Moly Mines Ltd) and Siberia Mining Corporation Ltd and is currently a non-executive Director of Corazon Mining Limited.

Mr. Puckridge is a corporate finance executive and experienced company director of ASX listed companies, including formerly serving as the CEO and Executive Director of Discovery Resources Limited, a Namibian REE exploration company. Mr. Puckridge previously worked for a global funds manager (Fleming Asset Management), managing in excess of $US1.4bn; and has recently been consulting in the Australian hydrogen sector where his roles have included negotiating future H² offtake with large Japanese Trading Companies (JTCs) in coordination with multiple Australian port entities and biomass to H² projects.

Mrs. Laursen has over 20 years experience as a geologist and logistics manager. She has worked for several ASX listed and private exploration and development companies in the role of Chief Geologist. Laursen also has experience in gold, base, specialty metals and industrial commodities in Australia, Greenland and Canada. Additionally, she has significant experience in corporate, managerial and technical roles ranging from project acquisition and greenfields exploration through to Feasibility Level studies and commission of new mining operations.
